Refunds Policy: Unfortunately, DC Originals does not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Product Damaged: In the event of a broken item upon delivery, customers have 14 days to initiate a return after the item is delivered. Please contact us via email, and we will promptly provide a return label.

Exchanges: We only facilitate exchanges for items that have incurred damage during delivery.

Product Delivery: While shipping delays may occur, we encourage customers to reach out with any concerns. Priority shipping is recommended but not mandatory. All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 days for your package to be dispatched.

Expected Delivery Timeline: Following shipment, anticipate delivery within 5 to 7 days. Once you receive your tracking number, it indicates that the carrier has received your package and it is en route. We appreciate your patience.
